well after introducing themes for orkut offically,Google added another feature,most of us won't have seen it yet !,the new feature on the privacy settings page helps you to restrict people from other countries to view or send friends requests on default it allows people from all countries to view or add you,with this feature you can decide who can and can't !
to change these settings go to:
- Go to settings from Home Page
- Then to the Privacy tab
- look for My Network and change it as you like.
